We coordinate a HIPAA-compliant production workflow with our APTC-certified partner facility — documented physical, technical, and administrative safeguards — and we sign a BAA before any PHI touches the pipeline.
Files transfer over SFTP with key-based authentication, are processed in a segmented network, and never leave the partner facility on portable media. Partner inserters are equipped with read-and-verify scanners so the page count on the bill matches the page count in the envelope, 100% of the time.
