Orange is small in footprint, big in institutional density: Chapman University, CHOC Children's, St. Joseph Hospital, and a historic Old Towne core that anchors a deeply civic voter base. Production runs out of our SoCal plant on union presses; induction happens at Santa Ana BMEU, about 10 minutes from the Plaza. That short BMEU hop is one of the reasons CHOC and Chapman development teams can call us with a tight in-home window and actually hit it.
